The NOS Switches are 10/10 and the harvested switches vary betrween 9 and 9.5, as the board was never used). Comes with a Karolingian ALPS POM Plate, Hineybush H88 PCB (VIA/QMK compatible), Matias Stabilizers, and Tai-Hao WOB Keycaps. No issues with fitment and no fabrication required (other than normal soldering). All in it cost ~ 650 to build. While extra o-ring is included, the plate is mounted to the case via screws.
