This is a replacement Bluetooth + Wired controller for your HHKB Pro 2.
I purchased this from KBDFan for my HHKB Pro 2 and it worked fine in Bluetooth and wired. But now I don't need it anymore.

This does not support QMK or VIA, but has alternative way to build/flash firmware.
To build firmware, you go online to https://ydkb.io/?hhkb\_ble. On that site you can edit your keymap and then download the firmware. This site gives you similar control/capability over your layout as VIA.
To flash, you hold the ESC (top-left) key and plug in the mini-usb cable. In flashing mode, your computer will recognize the HHKB as a storage device. Copy the firmware into the storage device. The HHKB will automatically reset and use the new firmware.
One observed minor issue when using MacOS with this controller. When the HHKB is wired to a Mac, the Mac sometimes do not recognize the HHKB after the Mac wakes up from sleep. This can be fixed by unplugging and then plugging the cable. Sometimes it require a reboot.
I did not notice this issue when Mac is connected thru Bluetooth.
I did not see this issue on Windows when connected wired or Bluetooth.
