The Realforce originally came with 55g but I replaced it with OEM 45g that came from a Leopold Topre board. I also silenced and lubed it. The lube in question is 205g0 for housing and stabs. The stabilizers may need some retouching, but to me it is totally optional to do and you can listen for yourself in the scuffed sound test in the timestamp. I will also throw in the additional 45g domes free of charge.
