I bought this off of another user here. I used it on and off in my rotation, but I am just cutting down on the number of boards I have. I currently have it built in the top mount configuration. It will come with lubed durock stabs, original carrying case, brass and PC plate, original O-ring, and two sets of accent pieces (black and brass). Didn't come with the gaskets for the gasket mount so if you want that build you may have to procure some gaskets.
