It was sold with the weight protected film removed from the outside and the inside weight. The middle weight with the flower appears to be slightly stripped from peeling off the protector film. I made a makeshift plastic protector for the inside that will be included but left the outside weight alone. Please look at the picture provided for more details. Other than that, the board is in very good shape with no dings or scratches on the outside.
