Hey, this is the fully assembled wired version which comes with lubed gateron baby racoon switches, honestly a lovely board straight out of the box and I felt it required no tuning. I used this for about 1-2 months before switching to a different board. In terms of condition it is pretty much as new, I can provide more pictures if requested. It comes with everything which was stated in the kit contents which can be seen on their website.
