Keychron Q11 right-side PCB, damaged:

this was shipped to me damaged. it sort of works, but not really. here's the description of the issue that i sent to Keychron support:

>F10 and Insert work intermittently. when i remove the switches from F10 and Insert, and put the switches from F11 and F12 in their place, F10 and Insert continue to work, and anything i insert into F11 and F12 still does not work. this indicates that there is not a problem with the switches, but rather some sort of electrical defect with the pcb -- like a short or some other electrical issue.
as soon as i swap a TKC Tangerine or Holy Panda switch into the F11 or F12 position, that key works perfectly, but then F10 and Insert stop working.

if you want to do something interesting with it, you can have it for free, paying only the cost of shipping. once again, this PCB is a damaged, semi-working item. in the timestamp photo (linked below) you can see that there's a scratch through the PCB mask, which may be part of the issue.
