Hello All!
I am purging my collection to help with new baby funds. No trades, willing to meet up locally at 01752 or 01824.
Thank you! feel free to message me if anything.IBM Model M Blue Badge = 140 USD OBO shipped SOLD
I got this from an eBay auction. It was missing some of the original keycaps and needed some cleaning.
Took it apart and cleaned inside out. Only 2 plastic rivets have popped out, no need for a screw/bolt mod just yet.
Installed a Model H PCB for it and replaced the keycaps with a new set from Unicomp. It types great. Original controller board and SDL to PS/2 cable is included with purchase.IBM Model M Silver Badge = 140 USD OBO shipped SOLD
Also acquired this from another eBay auction.
Took it apart and cleaned inside out. half of the original rivets were popped out, it needed a full bolt mod.
Installed a Model H PCB for it too. Original controller board with XT cable is included with purchase.
IBM Model F XT = 120 USD OBO shipped
This was a keyboard from eBay and it came with very rare colored keys, see this image where it is now being used on my F122.
I am more than willing to include the original colored keycaps with this, please message me for any questions and price adjustments.
There’s a tiny bit of surface rust on the barrel plate. The original foam is still intact, no disintegration.
I made an internal converter using a Pro-Micro USB-C. All keys register and work.
The IBM badge has some scuffs, the original cork feet are missing, I’ve replaced it with silicone bumper feet. The original 5-pin black cable’s included with purchase.
Most of the keycaps I have replaced it with are from Unicomp, mainly the alphas, number row and the function keys. The rest are original.
TX 1800 V2 Blue = 500 USD OBO shipped
Blue case, brass plate and brushed stainless steel weight. Bought here a few months ago.
The Keycaps have a lot of shine. I've had this GMK set since it was released and was used on all my previous keyboards.
Previous owner reported that the RGB underglow does not work (none light up even after firmware resets and changing RGB settings). I have never tried getting it to work as I would leave them turned off anyway. All keys do register and function as they should.
The brass mid layer has a lot of surface oxidization and stains, I took close-up photos of this.
Comes with the TX carry bag and microfiber cloth.
Parts List:
- GMK Classic Blue Base

- GMK Screw in Stabs

The right OLED screen does not work, Keyboard functions fine besides this. I installed some rubber feet and taller hinged feet for tenting it.swapped the old foam for a new neoprene one
The keyset is not included with this keyboard, it is now on the Norbauer listed below. I am open to requests to grab those keycaps and bundle it with this one.

IBM Beamspring 5251 = 1000 USD OBO shipped
When I got this, it needed work, rust and dirt had gotten into the inner workings of the keyboard. I have documented most of the steps I took to clean and restore this excellent piece of keyboard history.
Placed the USB-C xwhatsit converter and tested all the keys. The original solenoid works as well.
