KBO-8000 (keeb.io) split TKL: $90

Solder PCBs with Kinetic Labs Gecko (silent linear) switches, 2 encoders on right half, TX AP stabs, FR4 plates, and carbon fiber filament 3dp cases
Switch layout on bottom row on right half is unconventional (see photo), might want to resolder depending on your preference
Will include 15 or so extra Gecko switches, the extra FR4 bottom plates, and the original USB C to C cable to connect the halves

CBKBD smoky black coffeevan kit: $70

Built once and used <1 hour, will include original case, hotswap PCB, original IMA plate, and Durock stabs
Pictured switches are Cherry reds in place to keep the plate pinned down
