Comes with all the original accessories from the kit except the Kailh cocoa switches. I have used the keyboard like 2 or 3 times and otherwise it's in the carrying case to the side of my desk. There's no shine on the keycaps and the switches are factory lubed. The desk mat was on my desk beneath my main desk mat for a couple of months but otherwise it’s been rolled up in the sleeve.
