In excellent condition, comes with hotswap PCB and red aluminum plate, foams, etc.
One hotswap socket wasn’t functioning when the board arrived, it’s been handwired and works perfectly (key test and photo of repair included in timestamp). Board has been built once then unbuilt and stored, aside from the PCB the board is in perfect condition.
