This comes with everything -- the decorative box, the signed Credential Folio, and the Folio envelope.I've never removed the caps from their tray. Of course, that also means these have never been mounted.Norbauer only made 150 sets of this run, and it's a one-time edition, which I understand to mean he won't run it again.
