Hey y'all! Clearing out some space for new gear.

 

I have a lovely Tofu65 custom o-ring mounted board on offer. This was my daily driver for about two weeks before moving on to other boards in my backlog. -_-

This little baby is a heavy clack/pop machine. The nylon Lavenders reflect nicely off the carbon fiber plate for a higher-pitched note that still has depth, and the o-ring mounts give it some bounce.

What I love about the Tofu65 is the ease in further modding. It takes to a variety of mods very well, and unlike a lot of gasket mount boards, the audible differences when mods are applied are immediately clear and noticeable. Pop the board out of the case and get to work. Super great for tinkering and tuning.

- Tofu65, aluminum, purple (this color is amazing in person - it's deep and dark)
- Middle posts machined out of the case
- PCB & plate floating via 4x o-ring mounts
- Zip-fit case foam
- PE foam between Zip-fit and PCB (to maintain higher pitch)
- DZ65RGB v3 hotswap PCB
- Brass weight

 

Build:

- Lavender switches w/ 205g0, Kelowna films, 69g Kinetic Labs symmetric long springs
- Carbon fiber plate
- Owlab v2 stabilizers, tuned, with wire dampeners
- Brand new set of PolyCaps Whale just installed

- The fully built board as described above
- Extra aluminum plate (in case CF isn't your thing)
- PolyCaps Whale set (BNIB, only opened last night to install on the board)
- Handful of extra Lavender switches (lubed/filmed/spring-swapped)
- Extra O-rings
- Extra PE foam sheets (you know you're gonna wanna mess around)
- Extra Zip-fit case foam

I recorded some shots of the rebuild here; built it back up to ensure it was in prime condition for sale :)
