It's an unbuilt keyboard, but the bottom has a little scuffing due to the keyboard resting on the strap in the carrying case (see pics). Comes with Pearl Boards carrying case, 2 PCBs (one hotswap, one soldered), 2 plates (one poly, one FR-4), A-stock brass weight, B-stock SS weight, and SS accent.
