I have too many to count, but you can order the exact number you need. I'd advise to order a few extra than your build requires, just in case. It's hard to get a read on prices for Alps switches, so feel free to offer if you feel these prices are out of line.

Alps SKCM White Damped: $0.2/switch

Alps SKCM Cream Damped: $0.2/switch

Alps SKCL Lock: $2/switch

The Black switches were desoldered from near new, unused NeXT keyboards. I would qualify them as A-grade, or "nearly new old stock", but of course they are not new old stock as they were harvested from keyboards and may have some bit of solder tin on the contacts. They exhibit no scratchiness or any issues and are your chance to experience Alps as they might have felt from the factory.

The remaining switches (White Damped, Cream Damped, Orange, Lock) were desoldered from used Apple keyboards and have a wide variety of condition from A-grade to C-grade. I would definitely recommend ultrasonic cleaning these and I will be including 3D printed switch openers with your order. I do not have the time to clean these switches for you, sorry.

These are SKCM Black Pine (with slits) from NeXT Non-ADB keyboards

"Do you have the remaining parts from the NeXT donor keyboards?"

I do not, sorry! They got lost in a move, sadly.
